My timing with these releases have been really bad, to say the least, and I’m paying the consequences even now. I’m continuing my streak of bad timing with this release because life has unfolded in such a way that I never would have guessed it would haha.. Excuses aside, it’s out and available, my friends.

The title of the song is “Oral Expression”. I came up with the title BEFORE writing the song. After coming up with the title, I typically conceptualize. During the process of coming up with the concept, my intent was to use those Sunday Night Slow Jam call-ins as a reference. However, as the song developed, I kept getting further away from my key reference, and not without trying to keep it on track. Long story short, the song became what you hear, but I managed to keep the title intact. I could have easily given it something different, something even more appropriate for the song, but I like the thought of keeping it as what I had come up with in the first place haha..

With all the uncertainty right now, it’s hard to gauge what I should do next musically. Just when I became sure of what I needed to do, the world happens to fall under a pandemic, flipping my plans on it’s face. So, back to square one. A square of which I am very much familiar with at this point. I’ll continue to bring you music, as usual. I’ll also be working on a few other things related to which, but that announcement’s coming with our next link.
